The hinterland of Finale has the typical characteristics of a karst landscape mixed with the distinctive mediterranean nature.
Adventure hikes are an interesting way to discover this beautiful environment.
These trails involve, in varying degrees, hiking, climbing, caving and rappelling.
The difficulty is moderate and therefore they are suitable even to those who have no climbing experience.
The itinerary can be arranged depending on the size and the skills of participants. An excellent activity for groups and families.
ADVENTUROUS HIKE - THE GROTTA DELL'EDERA (THE IVY CAVE)

Program:
Thehike starts from Finalborgo. A mix of path and small road reaches Case Valle.From here a path leads in about fifteen minutes to the high entrance of theGrotta dell'Edera.
A20 meters rope abseil or a tyrolean allows access into the cave.
Themore adventurous can try some short climbing.
Anarrow passage leads to the final part, dark at first, that leads in a shorttime to the end of the cave.
Aneasy path returns to the approach route.
